The PIHA and Sin Bin Hockey Partner Up for
07-08 Season
Boston based Apparel Company to Sponsor
New Award
Lancaster, PA: The PIHA and Sin Bin Hockey
are excited to announce a new sponsorship
agreement for the 2007-2008 season. The
Boston based apparel company was founded in
2006 by Shane Bacchiocchi and focuses on the
players who spend less time in the spotlight and
more time in the corners.
“Sin Bin Hockey is not about rewarding a player
who takes penalties, but as a way to recognize
the player who is giving everything he has on
every shift” said founder Shane Bacchiocchi. “It’
s for the player that may not end up with four or
five points in a game, but for they guy who
comes out of every corner with the puck and
who’s in front of the net protecting his goalie”.
Through the partnership of The PIHA and Sin
Bin Hockey a new award has been created.
The Grinder Award will be sponsored solely by
Sin Bin Hockey and handed out on a monthly
basis. This award will honor an individual at
both the Pro and Minor League levels who
demonstrates passion, hard work and intensity
every night.
“It’s great to team up with a company who is as
passionate about the game as we are and who
are just as dedicated”, said Michael Wolfe, a
member of the PIHA Marketing team. “Sin Bin
Hockey is a great company and we look forward
